Do we work with insurance?

We do not accept insurance for office visits and IV therapy, however, HSA/ FSA can be used for office visits, services, and treatments. Payment is due at the time of service. Blood work and imaging may be submitted to insurance.
Do we offer tele-medicine appointments?

Yes, we offer virtual consultations for current patients. We do require patients to travel to our Phoenix, Arizona clinic for their first new patient appointment to establish care. All visits thereafter can be done virtually.
Can we prescribe pharmaceutical medications?

Yes, our physicians are licensed naturopathic doctors in the state of Arizona who can prescribe pharmaceutical medications as needed (including bioidentical hormones, antibiotics, thyroid medications, blood pressure medications, and other compounded medications).
Do I have to be a current patient to get an IV?

No, anyone can receive an IV at the Healthy Habit Medical Center. Call 602-248-0083 or click here to schedule an appointment.
